Please be aware that all meal plans and training programs are non-refundable once they have been delivered. This is because each plan is tailored specifically to individual needs, and the time and effort involved in crafting these personalized plans cannot be recouped. However, if you feel that our services do not align with your needs, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your plan. We recognize that not every program may be suitable for everyone, and we want to make sure our clients are happy with their experience. In such cases, we will assess your situation and decide if a refund is appropriate. If a refund is deemed necessary, we will handle the process promptly, and you should see the refunded amount in your account within 7-10 business days. We hope you understand that this policy helps us maintain the high quality of service we offer.
