FAQs

How can I determine how much weight I should aim to lose?

A useful first step is to visit a local nutrition store (note: GNC doesn’t offer this service) for a free InBody scan or, if possible, pay for a DEXA scan. These scans will provide insights into your body fat and lean muscle mass. Keep in mind that the goal isn’t to lose every bit of fat, but to reach a healthy and sustainable weight.

If getting a scan isn’t feasible, consider researching the ideal body weight for your height, weight, and age online. This will give you a rough estimate and help you choose a suitable program. However, as a professional, I can guide you effectively once I have your details.

What if I have a busy schedule and don’t feel like cooking to eat healthily?

This is a common concern. The answer isn’t “it can’t be done.” Many clients manage full-time jobs and family responsibilities while prioritizing their health. Finding time for meal prepping and staying active is crucial. If you struggle to find an hour every few days for food prep, it might be time to reassess your schedule.

I’m in high school. Can I get a plan?

I don’t have an age restriction for my services, but anyone under 18 must have their parents pay for the plan to ensure parental consent.

What if I’m not seeing the expected results with the program?

My plans are tailored to each client, and several factors can affect progress, such as inaccurate food measurements or not pushing yourself enough in the gym. While I provide the tools and resources, your progress depends on your commitment. If you’re following the program precisely and still not seeing results, please use the help email provided to reevaluate your program.

Can I purchase a plan or program for a friend?

Yes, you can. As long as you can complete the client information form with accurate details, I can create a plan for them.

I received an email saying my program order was fulfilled. Where can I find it?

I send your programs and meal plans via email, but the links often end up in your spam folder. Please check there.
